There really isn't a lite "mode".

If you are on WDSC 6, then you have two products installed. Full WDSC,
and WDSC Lite. If you don't want to be in lite, exit the application,
and run the full version instead. Should be two different desktop
icons.

If you are on WDSC7, there is no "Lite". There's just normal
customizable program installation, where you select the features you
want. If you don't have all the ones you want, then run setup again and
select the additional features you need.
