Support Assistant

       With Rational SDP 6.0.1, I tried using the Support
Assistant to help    provide problem determination
documentation and after (1) running the    collector and (2)
opening an ESR PMR, I sent the collected file per step    3.
 The people at IBM who handled the PMR couldn't locate the
file that    was transmitted and asked me to send it again
and be sure to send it to    such-and-such a location.
   Huh?  I can't find any knobs or controls to use to
configure or tailor    where this under-the-covers FTP sends
the file.  Is this documented    somewhere?  It seems to be
a real slick process, hopefully I can figure    out how to
use it properly.
