Dave is right,

there still is CODE Navigator which is accessible by opening one (or
several) members in CODE Editor and then selecting View->Navigator->Open
(or Open Group for multiple member option).

has a couple of problems that IBM isn't fixing.  It doesn't link
subprocedures when they're called in free format, and it has
problems with fixed format subroutine names that fill factor 1.

Guess I spoke too soon, I still remember viewing what you want in the
past, but can't find it currently available. Maybe it was in the old

prior to WDSC when code or whatever it was called then was the only
