I mostly use the Quantum DB plugin (http://quantum.sourceforge.net/) and the
Softlanding plugins (http://www.softlandingeurope.com/websphere/rse.htm). I
have use the SubClipse plugin (http://subclipse.tigris.org/) a bit for
source mangement with Subversion.
