Interesting find: As I stated in my earlier emails, I found today that
although right click on a row in a table and selecting "Export Result Set
Data" returns the error "Chosen Feature is currently not supported", you can
select rows, right click and select "Copy" instead. Go to an Excel
worksheet and press "Paste" and it copies in all the selected rows and adds
on a column heading row from the data file, just like export might.

Update: I just found that if I select the rows, right click and choose
Copy, I can then Paste the selection into an empty Excel worksheet.

Thanks. Just tried it. I get a window telling me "The chosen operation is
currently not available". Now I remember seeing this when I first tried it
out. I am running WDSC V6.0.1 and according to my plugins in the Eclipse
folder, QuantumDB 3.0.1.

Rick,

Right-click on any row of your result set. From there you should get an
option to export the result set. I don't know of a way to export tables
listed in your bookmark.

One gotcha is that by default Quantum only returns the first 200 rows. On
export it will only export what has been returned. To export all records in
a set > 200 you must first have Quantum return all rows.

Peter,

I have been trying out QuantumDB and trying to like it. I am not seeing a
way to export to Excel. The closest I can find is to right click on the
file in the Bookmarks pane. Then an option to export shows up. It gives me
a choice of wizards to use. The closest wizard to use that I can see is a .
csv file, which when I select it and press enter, does nothing and continues
to show me the wizard menu. Can you tell me what I'm missing?

Thanks.
