I was installing WDSC on my colleagues "buggy" machine.  It was in the 
applying updates phase of the installation.  His machine locked up.  We 
had to reboot.  I'm in no mood to reinstall this again but when we try to 
run WDSC it says it can't find the license for some features, some 
features may be disabled.  And you can't use anything.  Any ideas on how I 
can fix this without doing a full install again?  If I try to run the 
install, will it ask me to repair the existing?
