Yes, it should work fine.

As I understand things, the process for installing WDSCi Lite is that you 
first do a normal full install of WDSC.  There is then some option to 
create the Lite version.  Anytime you apply updates to WDSC, you need to 
re-run this process so that the Lite version is updated.

Anyway, I believe you just install TurnOver as normal into WDSC.  When you 
create the Lite version the TurnOver plugins will go with it.
