There is a resolution to this to run it in another subsystem. Check the 
archives.

[WDSCI-L] Fix for the 6.0 Interactive Debbuger?






Hi everyone,

I just read a thread where IBM said they were aware of a problem where the 

debugger wouldn't run. Something having to do with QUSRWRK subsystem and 
some router job.... Has a fix come out for that or am I out of luck using 
the debugger?
