Re: Error on 5th disc of WDSCI 6.0 install....HELP!!

I suggest running the Remove option, rebooting, and running a registry
cleanup tool like Registry Mechanic (note: Norton Utilities don't cut it),
and then rebooting again.  Don't forget to disable firewalls, spyware
protection, and antivirus programs before the install (and restart them
after the install and you've installed the current servicde pack.

I couldn't get Visual Studio to install on my XP machine; I got some very
bizarre messages.  After using Registry Mechanic, it installed without a
hitch.
