Nope...it's happened to me.   The only way I found to get around it was
to create a new workspace.  The code you edited in WDSC is still on your
PC...just open it in RSE.  

To ensure you don't actually lose anything what I did was create a
project with that source member, ensure my code was there, right click
on the source member in the project & select push selected.

In regard to saving, try this.

        1. Right button a source file in RSE and choose 'Add Member'.
        2. Type your heart out adding code.
        3. Hit alt-F-S or Ctl-S or whatever to save it (repeatedly as
you go).
        4. Close wdsci 6.0 for the day and go home.
        5. Try to open the created member after starting wdsci 6.0 up
the next day.
        6. Try to recover the member ANY way - SEU reports an empty
member...
        7. *%%^*(^(%
