Problems mapping a workspace to a project

I have a project that was developed using eclipse by some other
developers.  The developers are gone and I have inherited the
maintenance of the project. running on an iSeries under Tomcat.  There
are multiple context's within the project.  I am having one heck of a
time mapping the directory structure of the current project to a project
in WDSCi.  Are there any plugin wizards out there, or does anyone know
of an easy to map the file structure and configuration to WDSCi?
