WDSC - Interim Fix 003 - 5.1.0.3 failure

      I tried to apply the above fix and the following are the error
message. Has anybody got the same issue/am I doing something wrong.

Unable to complete action for feature "WebSphere Development Studio Client
Advanced Edition for iSeries" due to errors.
  Unable to complete action for feature "WebSphere Development Studio
Client Advanced Edition for iSeries Translations" due to errors.
    Unable to retrieve remote reference
