I solved the problem by going into preference/lpex
editor/Parsers/Parser Association and added the jar file name for
the rpgle extension.

Do you mean right-click on the source member in the Remote
Systems view or
from the editor?  It should appear on the popup in the editor as
well as
from the Source menu.

I recently upgraded to WDSC 5.1.0.2 and I can no longer right
click on the source member and get the new procedure prompt.  Is
there a setting in the preferences?
