New version of spooled file plugin - fix for WDSC 5.1.0.3

The recently released update to WDSC, 5.1.0.3, caused the Change option in 
the spooled file plugin to no longer function.  This option prompts the 
CHGSPLFA command and in order to be compatible with both WDSC 5.0 and 5.1 
the plugin was using an older OS/400 command prompter provided by IBM in 
its classes.  It appears that something in this code or the way we were 
using it, is broken in WDSC 5.1.0.3. 

One of the nice enhancements in WDSC 5.1 was a new "native" prompter 
written in SWT.  To fix this problem we simply modified the code to use 
the new prompter.  This means that this version of the plugin (1.1.15) and 
newer version will no longer run on WDSC 5.0.  The previous version of the 
plugin (1.1.14) will remain available for those of you still using that 
version of WDSC.

The updated plugin can be obtained by running the menu option Help -> 
Software Updates -> New Updates from within WDSC 5.1.
