As far as I know, an iSeries project is normally a single library that
you specify when you create the project.  There was some discussion that
you might be able to import files from multiple libraries, but that they
would then all be exported back out to a single library.  There's no way
to import multiple libraries into an iSeries project and then export
them back to the same libraries.

That's one of the issues we were wondering about with the iSeries
Project design.
