No joy...  I see (for a fraction of a second) a dialog box that looks like
it has a timer on it.  Normally, it flashes so quickly, I can't focus on it
before it's gone.  Both options (selected and all) behave the same.  

AFAIK, I was current on service packs (as of April, I think).

I have done this several times and had no problems, on 4.0 but
have moved to 5.0 now.  Are you on the latest service pack?  Try
selecting a few lines of code and see if that converts.
