I have tried it with 5000+ source members and it has taken more than a
minute.  I also went through your scenario of closing out of WDSc entirely
before running the example.  I get 2-5 seconds once it is cached, which is
acceptable.

BTW, I am on a 50s 9406 machine.

   We gave a 730 for development.  Mostly it isn't particularly busy.

   Are my results way off from what you are seeing?  I'll have a look around
   and see if I can do a much bigger test.  If I use all the files in one
   source library I should come up with quite a lot of members.
