WDSc V5 with SP1
Win2000 - latest SP.
OS/400 V5R2 with latest PTFs - I think - CODE insists that SI08020 and
SI08018 are missing - but they don't appear to exist!

>From time to time when I try to save a file in CODE I get the pop-up error
message EVF2028 RC=257 "File System Error". The only option is to press the
OK button. If I then re-try the save it normally works immediately.
Sometimes it takes two attempts but it always works.

I think it may be a session time-out issue - the following messages appear
in the comms log

evfctcpd.exe Mon May 26 18:08:16 2003 Message not found
evfctcpd.exe Mon May 26 18:08:18 2003 Message not found
evfctcpd.exe Mon May 26 18:08:18 2003 sendRequestThreadFn run():
WVCC_Run_Server_Pgm error=1054. Host=NETSHARE
evfctcpd.exe Mon May 26 18:08:18 2003 Message not found

I have also had problems with "Save As ..." apparently not releasing the
lock on the original member. At least that is the only way I can explain
the number of times when a source member that I finished editing some time
back is still locked even though I am not editing it.

Anyone else seeing this? I seem to have similar time-out problems with
WDSc - in fact that is why I'm back using CODE because WDSc doesn't seem
able to recover.
