Is Code V5R1M0 still officially IBM supported?

Code V5R1M0 installs and runs great on my 128 meg PII-450.  If I find an
issue (like when it complains that my V5R2 system is missing a PTF) can I
report it?  I was under the impression that WDSc 4.0 and 5.0 were the
supported products now.
