We were also contacted this week. I have some company that I never
heard of wanting full access to my system (QSECOFR) to run software for
6 weeks that can do whatever they want it to.

I posted to this group a couple of months ago that the same company
wanted to audit our Infinium payroll/personnel software. Our legal
department reviewed our Infinium contract and told me that we did not
have to allow them on our system. I sent them a list of my Infinium
users and they accepted it.

We have not reviewed our System 21 contract yet.

Yes, we were just contacted this week as well.

I am a small shop and don't have spare resources to help.. although I am
not sure how much time is required on our part.

I don't know the technical details yet, but since we are a private
company, our CFO isn't going to be very excited about this and may tell
me to refuse.

Does anyone know what the customer's obligations are in this regard?

Thanks,

Randy Rasp

Has anyone else been contacted by Infor about a Compliance Audit?
Although
I have no problem with the principle of an audit, I do have a problem
with
their methodology. I'm interested if any one else has been approached
yet.

Thanks
