You can limit them from command line by checking my previous email.
You should also limit them in JBA Explorer from Work with Submitted Jobs and
Server Session as users can cause problems by deleting jobs while running.
You will need to change the JBA Configuration to uncheck the boxes and not
give access to configuaration button either.  You can still change
configuration from  START/PROGRAMS.
