Glen,

If you run an SQL over IPGAMF4/APG55PHY selecting records where the menu =
'menu of your choice' and option = 'option of your choice'.

i.e. select * from ipgamf4/apg55phy where menu55='OEAI' and mopt55
in('**','21')

You will need to use the '**' as this indicates that a user has ALL access
to the menu (Created by using F15 when authorising users to options within
Common Functions).

Hope this helps

Regards
Geoff

Morning all,

I have had a memory blank and im sure this has been asked before so I
apologise in advance.

I need to be able to report on say all users who have access to certain
menus i.e OEAI option 21 for example.
>From what I can see you cant do this within System21 other than actually
going through each individual user which would be a very long and boring
task.

Would any one be able to point me in the direction of the files so I
could maybe knock up a query ..? Or of course have any better
suggestions.....

Kind Regards
