RE: IQ Objects

We, too, us the Eureka product extensively.  We're not aware, however, that 
there's any real support (including enhancements) being provided by CA - so if 
someone has newer information to the contrary we are all ears!  

We have production jobs that produce hundreds of cubes weekly for our field 
sales force and we have encountered odd bugs and errors when creating new cubes 
and views.  More often than not we've had to develop workarounds because we 
couldn't find any source of support that was helpful (admittedly, we gave up 
looking for it a couple of years ago!).  So, again, we'd love to learn that CA 
is now offering support and training for the Eureka/Visions product.

We upgraded to the latest version on My Eureka. We use it all the time
for writing reports from System 21.

I was asked to see about upgrading our current version and it seems that
this software has been bought and sold more times than ... well ... its
a lot of times.
 
I'm curious if anyone knows what happened to it once Computer Associates
bought it?  Is it still a viable product.  Does anyone use something
better?
