JBA have a Transport Planning Module which can be used in a basic way to
cater for your various zones and weights.

You can specify only certain customers or all customers to be processed
through the module.

We would like to implement the following Pricing Policy for our client (A
package distribution company which transports packages & documents)

Someone sending a parcel of 1.0 kg to Zone 2 will pay 1,535
Someone sending a parcel of 1.25 kg to Zone 2 will pay 1,925

The additional difficulty is that clients can have special rates.
