Helen

I am also working on a JBA Archiving routines. It might be worth taking
a visit to the GEAC web site...

There are know issues with the archive routines in cash management,
GL and AP. These will be fixed until SP4, or alternatively you can request
the fix sooner if you need it.

Is there any recommended sequence of archiving for SOP, AR and GL? We are
planning to archive data from all 3 modules and I was wondering whether we
should do them in any specific sequence.

Also, I notice there is an archive routine on CS. If we do a AP archive and
an AR archive, will that cover all the CS transactions too, or should we do
a CS archive as well? In which case, is there any particular recommended
sequence for these financial modules?

Thanks
Helen
