  • Subject: Can anyone comment on the reliability of the archive utilities in JBA?

We really haven't archived any application or system data. For example, our
system file APG50PHY/IPGAMF4 is over 50 mb. This file seems to contain
current company settings for each user. Surely, this data doesn't need to
be retained forever. Can someone please tell me where the utilities to
delete this data are located? Thanks in advance.

Overall, we're not very knowledgeable about System Manager utilities. We
got some training from JBA on this, but at the time we were so focused on
just going live that we didn't worry about anything that wasn't needed at
that time. Any suggestions for training or reference manuals would be
appreciated.
