I checked with 2 people within our organization and this is the only way
they have seen it done.
They have seen companies try to keep it in the same stock room (because it
so cumbersome) but the product always disappears!

We have certain situations where we want to reserve product for certain 
customers, or groups of customers. Currently we transfer the product from 
our finished goods stockroom to a hold stockroom and then source the orders 
from that hold stockroom. It is very time consuming and confusing. Does 
anyone have another suggestion.
