The ptf's can be found by searching the ptf cover letters at:
http://www-912.ibm.com/a_dir/as4ptf.nsf/as4ptfhome
for "Integrity Problem".  The email is less descriptive than these cover 
letters - as obscure as they are.  The cover letters practice "Security by 
obscurity".

The email did list two IBM websites.  One was supposed to allow you to 
subscribe to this service.  However I couldn't get to them.  Figure 
they're IBM internal only.
