Try using a logical file with the key you need.

yes there is no keys. BUt I was told to use this file to check order type.
so any processing has to be reading the entire file until some match is made?

I've a program and want to use a PF that is there already, defined.
It's not being used though in the program as far as I can see.

I look at the DSPFD and I don't see what is the key field(s). I look
at the source and there is no K specs.

Where can I see what are the key fields?
