When you create a *PGM and bind in a *SRVPGM, there are two ways to specify
a service program...

You can specify (on either the CRTPGM or as part of a binding directory)
*LIBL/MYSRVPGM
or
MYLIB/MYSRVPGM

If you include the library, then the library list isn't used at run time to
find the *SRVPGM.

Do a DSPPGM DETAIL(*SRVPGM) and look at the list of service programs, it
will show you if *LIBL or a hard coded library was specified.

Fiddling with the library list (removing the library with the old *SRVPGM,
adding the one with the new version on top) doesn't solve anything.

There are no java errors in my job log.

Any help would be most welcome.
