The name sounds like something that I downloaded years ago, except that it
only did RPG/400 back then. I never got very far with that version.

On the downside this seems to be back at about V5 and does not appear to
use
/free. On the upside it seems to use a lot of built-in functions (though
common ones, like %found, are still under development.

The interest I had back then was twofold: (1) to keep my hand in as I was
unemployed then, and (2) maybe to develop apps for PCs with a language with
which I was familiar. Got a job soon afterwards so never got around to
doing much with it, though.

For the price what's there to lose?

Just ran across a reference to WINRPG in the wiki article Dieter cited in
another thread. Anyone seen it? Tried it?

It's still alive, apparently, maintained by a certain Steve Curless.
Product seems to have come from something called Lattice RPG.

bucks
for single user, multi-user licensing available.

Interesting? I don't know - IT Jungle had an article on it in 2010. It
seems
there might be look and feel customization possible, default isn't
necessarily all that pretty, but I've barely looked at screen shots.
