TEMPLATE has an added bonus over BASED that you can code INZ for a
template DS, enabling INZ(*LIKEDS) to be used on LIKEDS definitions.

This is one of those "little" changes that really helps RPG programmers be more productive (not to mention keep from shooting ourselves in the foot). Compile time errors are always MUCH better than runtime errors!
