Simply add another C/L program before that one:

call myclp
delete qs36f/pmcstkqr

If this is a CLP (not CLLE) you can get by with RCLRSC LVL(*CALLER) but that
has its own caveats.

I have the following CL:

Dclf   file(qs36f/pmcstkqr)
Rcvf
.
.
endpgm:
dltovr   file(*all)
clof opnid(pmcstkrq)
clrpfm  file(qs36f/pmcstkrq)
endpgm

The problem I am having is when the it runs the clrpfm it give an error
that the 'file is in use'.
I then put the clof in and now get an error message that 'no file open
with identifier pmcstkra'.
I even tried moving the 'dltovr' after the 'clrpfm', but got the same
error that 'no file open with identifier pmcstkra'.
File pmcstkqr format is stkmtd01.
Any help would be appreciated.
