Netserver doesn't have anything to do with what you see via /QNTC/

I was able to get into /QNTC/SWBC-APPS folder as you suggested but not
able to see folders within that folder.  It was suggested the netserver
isn't running, so I'm working thru my supervisor to determine if that's
true, and determine why not.  I don't have ops nav ability to drill down
to the network level, so I can't tell if it's running or no.
