SQLSTT Error Code 01003 -- RPG400-L

I am trying to figure out what this error means beyond "01003 - Null values
removed from column function argument(s)." It is causing issues in my
program. I check to be sure that SQLSTT is 0 or 2000. This is the first time
I have come across this error and the error message isn't very helpful here.
