Thanks Carel & Lim. As it turned out, I had shot myself in the foot
with this. The procedures worked fine. I had typo'd a line number in
the DDS and was overlaying the message subfile with another format on a
couple of screens.

I think you should take a look at the call stack level. it might be 1
higher as defined at the moment.
