Record level I/O is like an easy way to achieve things which are done
through cursors in SQL.... Well, okay, the analogy doesn't hold water
for too long, but I think it is a good one to start with...

Je ne sais pas.
I asked him if what he thought of record level i/o.
He said he didn't know what that meant.
Come to think of it, what does it mean?
