The V6R1 RPG limit isn't strictly 16MB, it's 16,773,104. That's smaller than the 16,777,216 (x'1000000') that Bill is getting. If wrkbuflen has a value of 16,777,216, it couldn't be from a simple %size or %len calculation even in v6r1.
