I'm not sure what you mean by a "Forms Designer" but we use MarkMagic
and T.L. Ashford's bar code label design software here. Both use an API
to print labels and both API's a fairly simple to use. I prefer the T.L
Ashford's product because of the design functionality and their API
seems easier to understand.

Subject: Markmagic forms designer

We have the Markmagic and apparently there is a forms designer there.
I
heard conflicting reports about how quirky it might be. I was looking
for
any feedback from Programmers who have used this with RPG and any
tips,
links, or pointers. I have to decide if I feel that using this would
be
'over my head' or not.
