I agree with you, the first example should return the same records as the second.

If you aren't seeing that, then something is wrong somewhere.

' Or BHBHST = ? And BHBTDT >= ? '; // Spinner Recall Updated
Since Last Recall Run


To me, the first example should work. The analyst says otherwise.
