Alan,

RMVJLMSG was a utility I wrote - it was published in the System i Network
Programming Tips newsletter in June this year. You can find it here:
http://www.systeminetwork.com/artarchive/newsletter/w/1001/i/-1/a/54892/index.html

Glad to know someone liked it! I wrote it as a response to one of the long
threads here about removing 'pointless' completion messages (the thread was
about the success message that gets sent when a library is added using
ADDLIBLE).

Regards,

Rory

p.s. No need for a scrificial virgin, but a beer if I meet you will do :-)

Morning everyone
I'm hoping someone can help me out.
It looks like I was a little late in offering my monthly sacrifice to
the
Gods of I.T.
This weekend, both my PC and archived e-mail have been trashed. My
internet
favorites has got to be rebuilt and I'm hoping that my archived e-mail
can
also be restored.
Meanwhile, I am trying to find a command that someone has posted (to
either
the internet or via e-mail). An internet search comes up blank,
therefore
I'm leaning more towards it being via e-mail
Anyway the command was - RMVJLMSG (Remove Job Log Messages).
It was something that I thought could solve an ongoing problem, so I
"saved" it until I could find the time to implement and test it.
If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be just
great
Now - where can I find a virgin to offer as a sacrifice?
Oh - by the way, I'm pretty sure the CPP was an RPG program, so I hope
that
I am safe in posting here.

Thanks in advance
