Both Embarcadero's products and ERWin are capable of generating and "seeing" DB2 on the i.

However, I know of no tools that really deal with logical files very well, if at all.

Almost any product you get, will extract the physical file structure, but you will have to manually tie in all the relations , RI (if any) and indexing.

The benefit for System i comes after the model is properly built.
