Now I am assuming the @CALLSHR is a 5/0. Could be any type or size.

%Dec and %DecH are designed for just this purpose. To be able to force a
decimal value to a certain type and size in an intermediate result.

You could, also, do a:

@CALLSHR = %DecH(%DecH(@Time /
60):5:2):%Size(@CALLSHR):%DecPos(@CALLSHR);
