Hi!

I try to use look-ahead fields in a program. The primary file is an update
file. The secondary file is an input only file. I declare my look-ahead
fields on the secondary file. I put a M1 indicator on both the primary and
the secondary file on the field that is supposed to match.

The 2 files in my program are the same physical file, used with 2 different
names. It is a RPG/36 program called from a OCL.

When I debug my program, I see that the *INMR is set on but my look-ahead
fields have the same values that the current record of my secondary file. It
is supposed to have the value of the next record.

Any idea of what am I doing wrong? (don't answer me not to use the RPG
cycle... I need technical help...)

Charles
