Hi Rene,

Sounds like there might be another version of the display file out there. Do these two users have a different library list than the majority?

Here's a description of my problem.
I have developed an RPGLE program to display a screen with the following size
DSPSIZ(27 132 *DS4).
The screen displays fine on most users PC's. However I have had calls from two
users who get the following error code & message.
CPF4169 - The device file does not contain an entry for screen size.

My question is, What do I need to do to make it work for these two users.
I hope I have provided enough information.
