It won't help.

If I recall your original post, you are running service programs in the
default AG.  There is only one way to reclaim that AG - sign off!

Besides *Eligible is _lethal_ in production code and should never be used.
If you doubt this try prompting RCLACTGRP and try to find where *ELIGIBLE is
even an option!  IBM have seen so many disasters occur with it that they
have tried to hide it.  For compatibility (I guess) they can't remove it -
but I know they would love to.

Service program will invariably cause problems when run in the default AG,
which is one reason why doing so is on our list of the "Seven Deadly Sins of
ILE".  It is a really bad idea.
