In my consulting and sofware sales, you'd be surprised how
many are still on V4Rx and not planning to upgrade for some
time.  Which is why I try to make my software compatible
down to at LEAST V4R3, or even some V3R2s.  Some I have
requires V4R5, but that's mainly because of available APIs
and functionality.

I remember a couple months ago I made the switch from Min
OS os V3R2 to V4R3 on one piece and got a couple emails at
least.. :)  

They're out there...  In this "bubble" (the list) it's hard
to imagine, but it is.

That's also a reason I haven't done much free-format RPG.
 Because my software is compiled down to a specific
version, free-format is out of the question.  I also feel
it doesn't help performance, which is my main concern, but
that's another topic...  :)
