Scott,

You really do have some pearls of wisdom here.  But I think some of us are 
'big boys' and can determine that our unique business rules suggest that 
we be allowed to Return_program.  (See, I even used Cozzi's favorite - a 
hyphenated op code.  Doing that might be enough incentive to IBM to do it 
- just to pi$$ off Bob.)
