Hi,

Didn't you have a complete series on API's during the fall of 2004?

Doug/Steve - I'd think that'd be the best place to start.

Or iseriesnetwork.com and serch for API's by example or search by author
Scott Klement

Personally, I find it easier to find stuff by looking at the newsletter archive. It has a list of newsletter issues, and the titles of all of the articles for 1 year, all one one page.

So, when I'm looking for stuff like this, I start at this page:

http://www.iseriesnetwork.com/resources/clubtech/index.cfm?fuseaction=ShowNewsletter&PubID=8

However, here are direct links to the newsletter issues that you're referring to, and the titles of the relevant articles. (Note that you'll need to have a login for the iSeries Network to view them. A free "associate" membership should work, though.)

Follow up to Getting Started with APIs, Part 2

Getting Started with APIs, Part 3

Getting Started with APIs, Part 4

Also, Carsten Flensburg has written a TON of examples of using APIs. If you look at the first link I provided in this e-mail (the one where it shows all of the topics in the newsletter) you'll see a lot of "APIs by Example" titles.... definitely worth checking out if you want an example of a particular API or type of API.
