I realize that LR, U1-U8, M1-M8 are still used.

But assuming the use of INDDS for display and print files and the use of
bifs like %found and %eof; is there anything that still requires the use of
IN01-IN99???

I can't think of anything.  Even the overflow indicator on external printer
files can be named at v5r2.
